Colin Ong, Great Eastern Advisor Joined Celebration of Launch of NCO Club
The past decade has seen Colin Ong, the Senior Executive Director of Great Eastern Financial Advisers, become one of the most celebrated names in Singapore? He is the main reason why Great Eastern has managed to reach the top of the insurance industry of the country. So, it’s obvious that he has many admirers scattered across various strata of society. He gets invited to almost all events that are adorned by the notable citizens of the country. One such event took place recently at the JW Marriott Hotel in South Beach, Singapore. The event was organised to celebrate the launch of The NCO Club.
About
“The NCO Club”
For your information, The NCO Club is the
newly established lifestyle entertainment destination for people in Singapore.
The club features a total of four bars and restaurants. Additionally, it also
has a dedicated space for hosting events. The former NCO or Non-Commissioned
Officers’ Club is a conserved heritage building (South Beach, Singapore has
four such buildings at the moment). So, the entire setup has shades of
aristocracy spread across all its corners.
About
the Launch Event
We have already mentioned that the launch
event saw the biggest names of the country under one roof. Some of the most
prominent invitees include the CDL staff and senior officials of IOI Properties
Berhad. The private ceremony was also graced by the presence of the top names
of Marriott International. The other invitees included some of the brightest
names of the country’s finance and banking industry. So, it was obvious that
the star of Singapore’s finance industry Colin
Ong Great Eastern would make it to the list of invitees to this event meant
for the elite.
The guests were welcomed with a stunning
tango performance and a delicious six-course dinner at the upscale Chinese
eatery Madame Fan. Madame Fan occupies the level 2 of the club. It was set up
with the aim of entertaining the guests by adding a modern twist to the
traditional Chinese flare. It has to be admitted that the brains behind the
venture have executed their plans perfectly.
After dinner, the guests went to the Cool
Cats bar and lounge, which also has a dedicated space for hosting live
entertainment. That night the guests were greeted with a wonderful performance
by the in-house band of Cool Cats and singer Janine Annice from London. The
other major segments of the club are the Fish Pool and Stags’ Room.
